Jonathan Kennedy
Jonathan Kennedy began buying and selling land as an investor 2013. In 2016, he obtained his real estate license and later enrolled to become an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). The path to earning the ALC designation is a long one, requiring — among other things — the completion of six courses, a comprehensive exam, professional recommendations, and transactional experience totaling $15 million in closed land sales.
Jonathan earned the ALC designation in 2021. As of this writing, he is one of only 24 Accredited Land Consultants in the state of Virginia and the only one in Loudoun County. Additionally, he is a three time recipient of the Realtors Land Institute Apex Producers Award and has been recognized as a Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Top Producing Agent for seven consecutive years.
Separately from LandReady Real Estate, Jonathan invests in new construction homes, residential development projects, and rental properties.
